The Minister for Justice and Equality is the Contracting Authority for this Framework Agreement and the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS), an executive office of the Department of Justice and Equality, will represent the Minister in this matter. The Office of Government Procurement is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and is tasked (inter alia) with sourcing goods and / or services for and on behalf of Public Sector Bodies.
