An Garda Síochána invites responses to this Request for Tenders from economic operators for the provision of the services described in Appendix 1 to this RFT. An Garda Síochána is the contracting authority for this public procurement competition.
For the purposes of this procurement process the Office of Government Procurement (“OGP”) shall be acting as agent of the Contracting Authority and may act on behalf of the Contracting Authority in administering this competition.
