It is envisaged that the travel management service contract will include but not limited to: • Airline Tickets • Rail Tickets • Accommodation • Car Hire • Visa & Passport Service • Management Information as defined by ESB/ESBI • Liaise with carriers and service providers to achieve discounts etc • An agreed on-line self booking facility • Ensure compliance with ESB Corporate Travel Policy
