Invitation to Tender

 

A Dhaoine Uaisle,

 

Louth and Meath Education and Training Board (LMETB) are seeking tenders for supply of School Management Information System as set out in the attached RFT. 

 

Tender Submission

 

Closing Date for submission of tenders is: Thursday 31st March 2016 at 12 noon

 

Late submissions will not be accepted. 

 

Tenders must be returned to:

and the package clearly marked: Tender for:  Supply of School Management Information System

 

Tenders must clearly set out a return address on the Tender Package.

 

Tenders sent to any other address will be deemed invalid tenders.  Unsigned Form of Tenders will likewise be deemed invalid tenders.  The signature for the Form of Tender must be that of a Principal or Director of the Firm.

 

Any requests for clarification of this Request for Tenders should be submitted via the eTenders query process, clearly marked with the subject line ‘Query – Supply of School Management Information System’.  Closing date for receipt of queries is Monday 21st March 2016 at 12 noon.

 

 

 

No commitment of any kind, contractual or otherwise shall exist unless and until a formal written contract has been executed by or on behalf of LMETB.  Any award notification or preferred bidder status by LMETB shall not give rise to any enforceable rights by the Tenderer.  LMETB may cancel this public procurement competition at any time prior to a formal written contract being executed by or on behalf of LMETB.

 

LMETB shall not bind itself to accept the lowest priced or any Tender.

 

All costs incurred in preparing the tender are to be borne by the Tenderer.
