HSE National Distribution Centre, Tullamore – seeking Mechanical Sub-Contractors for alterations and refurbishment of Unit 8 (A, B & C) at Burlington Business Park, Sragh Avenue, Tullamore

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Mechanical Contractors who wish to be considered for the alterations and refurbishment of the building as follows: Unit A: removal of internal walls and construction of new dock levellers and roller doors to rear of building Unit B: Provision of new canteen, office and archive areas (the latter of which will be located in the basement) Unit C: Provision of new reception, offices, meeting rooms and other ancillary associated area. New dock levellers and roller doors will be constructed to the rear of this unit also. A forklift charging station will be provided in the warehouse section of the building. Mechanical and Electrical services will be upgraded throughout. One (1) new lift will be installed to serve 3 floors, having four (4) stops to serve staggered levels. Regrading of site to accommodate proposed dock levellers and a new waste compound with fencing will also form part of the contract.
