HSE 6424 - Advance Purchase Agreement for Pandemic Vaccines for the HSE

The Health Service Executive (HSE) wishes to invite interested parties to submit a response to this Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) request for participation in a competitive dialogue procedure for the award of an Advance Purchase Agreement (APA) for the supply of Human Influenza Vaccines in the event of a pandemic being declared by the World Health Organisation. The APA will comprise an agreement between the HSE and appointed manufacturer(s) for the provision of sufficient doses of Human Pandemic Influenza Vaccines for approximately 1 million people.
