Irish Water plan to undertake the development of two Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) together with associated works as part of the Letterkenny Regional Water Supply Scheme including Creeslough Water Treatment Plant. It is intended that the works will be implemented under a Design, Build and Operate (“DBO”) Contract.
