Ref: 5656: Lubricants Oils and Greases
To whom it may concern,
Iarnród Éireann (IE) invites suitably qualified companies to participate in a tender process for the supply of lubricants, oils and Greases nationwide. The products must meet IE’s standards specified in Appendix 1 and the product requirements are broken down into 12 lots. IE reserves the right to either award a single contract for all lots, award a contract for a series of lots or award separate contract for each respective lot. Companies submitting PQQ’s for this tender process must state which lots they wish to be considered for.
This tender process is being conducted utilising the Negotiated Procedure and will be a 2 stage process.
Stage 1: A pre-qualification questionnaire is available to download directly from this notice. Companies must express an interest by the 7th December. Companies are required to fill in all required fields and compile all supporting documentation to be submitted by the closing date of 12:00pm on 10/12/2015.
Stage 2: A shortlist of the most suitable companies will be provided with ITT documentation.
