HEAnet will hold a webinar session to facilitate the interaction between Tenderers and HEAnet. The purpose of this webinar is to streamline the Q&A process in what attains to filling the PricingTable of the Response Tables (see Appendix II).
Participation is optional, but strongly encouraged. Tenderers are not required to register or notify HEAnet of their intention to attend in advance. The webinar session will be recorded and will be made available to Tenderers in the eTenders website in the form of a Q&A. Appendix IV – Webinar Instructions contains information on how to join and the rules that will apply during the session.
