Framework Agreement for Urban Designers

Kildare County Council (Contracting Authority) plans to carry out public realm improvement schemes in a number of towns throughout County Kildare over the coming years. In order to assist with the design and delivery of these schemes it is proposed to establish a Framework Agreement for Urban Designers. This will be established for a maximum four year period. Kildare County Council will draw down services from this Framework Agreement as and when required. Kildare County Council is currently developing proposals for public realm improvement works to Emily Square in Athy. The Emily Square project will also be used as the initial project for the purposes of establishing the Framework Agreement and Kildare County Council intends to award this services contract as the initial contract under the Framework Agreement.
