Call for Competition Contract Notice

Ref:   5625 On-board Passenger WIFI Service/Maintenance

To whom it may concern, Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail (IÉ) seeks to appoint a competent company for the maintenance and upkeep of the on- board passenger WI-FI system on the Fleet.

The successful tender/s contract will be to either maintain the current system in its entirety including providing monitoring tools to Irish Rail, or replace some equipment and provide a maintenance service for the completed system with monitoring facilities for the live system.

This tender process is being conducted utilising the Negotiated Procedure and will be a 2 stage process.

Stage 1: A pre-qualification questionnaire is available to download directly from this notice. Companies are required to fill in all required fields and compile all supporting documentation to be submitted by the closing date of 12:00pm on December 15th 2015.

Stage 2: A shortlist of the most suitable companies will be provided with ITT documentation.
