Coillte - Provision of Credit Insurance Services to the Coillte Group

The Coillte Group is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates for the provision of credit insurance services.

 

The Coillte Group supplies logs to the Sawmill Sector in Ireland and also produces Panel Products for the domestic and overseas market. The Group also have a number of other ancillary business units including a Nurseries Business that produces plants for sale to the Forest Management Industry.

 

Insurable turnover for the Group would be of the order of €270m per annum of which approximately 38% would relate to the Domestic market , 41% to the UK Market with the balance mainly spread across continental Europe.

 

The Group have approximately 70 Key Buyers spread across its 3 separate Companies – Coillte, Medite & Smartply - who require varying levels of credit and we have a requirement to have Credit Insurance in place to cover these Buyers and also a significant number of other smaller Buyers.

Steps to create a response to competition

    • Click on arrow in “show me” section next to the Coillte competition of interest
    • Create a response
    • Click Save
    • Click Submit
