Kingswood - 1,000 pupil post primary school

Dear Sirs;
You are hereby invited to participate in the selection of suitably qualified main contractors for inclusion on the approved short list of ten (10) applicants for the construction of Kingswood Community School, Tallaght, Dublin 22.
The works comprise construction of 1,000 Pupil Post Primary School with SENS unit and Sports Hall on green field site. The school is generally two-storey and is 10,496 Sq.m GFA. The works may include the provision of temporary accommodation for the duration of the works and the removal of same on completion. . All associated siteworks, including new football pitch in location of the temporary accommodation.
All submissions shall be made in writing and submitted by hand or by registered post (not by email), and returned to ARPL Architects (address below) and clearly marked “Kingswood Community School Prequalification Submission” not later than 17:00 on Tuesday the 10th of November 2015 (as per contract notice) for the attention of the undersigned. Submissions sent to any other address will be deemed invalid.
Applicants should submit their tender in a sealed envelope.
It is intended to progress to tender stage of this restricted procedure as soon as practicable.
