The Comptroller and Auditor General is the contracting authority for this Competition and invites responses to this Request for Tenders from economic operators for the provision of Cleaning Services to Spencer Dock Building. The Office of Government Procurement is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and is tasked (inter alia) with sourcing goods and / or services for and on behalf of public service bodies. References to the Contracting Authority will be deemed to include the OGP.
