To whom it may concern,
Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) is seeking expressions of interest, from specialist companies in providing support towards the delivery of a suite of processes that will assist the Infrastructure Manager & Train Operations Department recruit personnel in the future with the necessary personal characteristics to succeed through training and to be safe and effective in their roles.
The successful company will also provide psychological support intervention with colleagues involved in incidents and other areas where necessary.
This tender process is being conducted utilising the Negotiated Procedure and will be a 2 stage process.
Stage 1: A pre-qualification questionnaire is available to download directly from this notice. Companies are required to fill in all required fields and compile all supporting documentation to be submitted by the closing date of 12:00pm on 24/09/2015.
Stage 2: A shortlist of the most suitable companies will be provided with ITT documentation.
