IAS2015 - Investment Advisory Services

The Courts Service is seeking proposals for the supply of Investment Advisory Services in relation to the management and investment of court funds currently amounting to in excess of €1.5 billion. The Courts Service does not have in- house investment expertise and relies heavily on its independent investment advisor for the provision of advice and expertise in relation to the management of court funds. Personnel involved in providing this service should be competent in all areas of the investment process i.e. investment objectives, investment strategy, investment platform and administration, manager selection and performance monitoring. An outline of the services required are detailed in the RFT.
