The DIT is the contracting authority (“the Contracting Authority”) for this public procurement competition (“the Competition”). DIT Cathal Brugha Street requires the provision of food and drink supplies to the School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology. The School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology (“the School”) enjoys national and international success in entrepreneurial, bakery, culinary, food science and bar competitions.
