HSE Project 5774 - Framework Type Agreement for Reviews / Investigations / Healthcare Audits

The HSE intends to establish a Framework Type Agreement for Reviews/ Investigations / Healthcare Audits (onbehalf of HSE & Health Funded Agencies) with a range of service providers.
The Closing Date for receipt of Tender is Monday, 28th September, 2015 @ 12.00 noon.
Each tender submission whould clearly identify the name and address of the Company making the submission using the Address Label at the end of the Tender Response Document and be marked with the Reference Number HSE Project 5774.
Tenders may NOT be submitted by email, fax or via the Tender Postbox facility on the etenders website.
