BAI Legal services - multi-operator framework agreements for legal services

The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland is an administrative body of a quasi judicial nature. It requires legal services across the range of its core and none core functions. The BAI wishes to establish three multi-party framework agreements for legal services to provide advice and guidance in decision making, statutory interpretation and the drafting of processes, policies and rules, flowing from the statute. Such guidance and advice is required in anticipation of litigation and in order to avoid or minimise the organisation's exposure to litigation.
