ED-FB-1 - Limerick City Footbridge - Consultants - (Lot 1 - Project Manager/Employers Representative and Quantity Surveyor & Lot 2 - Single Point Design Team)

Limerick City and County Council (The Authority) wish to appoint a design team to complete the Limerick Footbridge project. Applicants should note that the proposed development will form an iconic landmark on the Limerick City landscape and all members of the Design Team should have relevant bridge experience and expertise for a project of this nature. The following design team services are required; Lot 1: Project Manager / Employers Representative & Quantity Surveyor Lot 2: Single Point Design Team including: - Civil / Structural Engineering - Architect - Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) - Mechanical & Electrical Services - Traffic & Transportation Engineering Services - Environmental Engineers including Environmental Impact Statement Services for all the parameters listed under the EIA directive as follows: Human Beings • Fauna and Flora • Soil• Water • Air • Climatic Factors • The Landscape • Material Assets, including the Architectural and Archaeological Heritage, and the Cultural Heritage • The Inter-Relationship between the Above Factors • Screening under the Habitats Directive Assessment and stage 2 appropriate Assessment if necessary • Flood Risk Assessment. - Archaeologist - Planning Consultant Further information regarding this competition and the Design Team Services required can be found in the Project Information Memorandum and the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire
