15.031 - SERVICE PROVIDER FOR MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEERING & CAD RESOURCES
Mechanical & Electrical Section
The Service Provider contracted for this service shall provide to the Office of Public Works suitable Mechanical and/or Electrical Design Engineers and/or BIM Specialists/Engineering CAD Operators/Draughtsperson(s).
The Engineers shall be part of an OPW engineering team carrying out mechanical and electrical engineering design and preparing tender documentation and shall report to a Senior Engineer in the M&E Section.
The BIM Specialists/CAD operators shall provide drafting services & technical support to Project Engineers on Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services projects. The BIM Specialists/Engineering CAD Operators/Draughtsperson(s) will report to the Drafting Manager of the M&E Section or his representative for the purposes of carrying out these services on a day-to-day basis.
