RE:          Instructions for Tenderers on submitting tender submissions for LDD001F Framework Agreement for the supply of Laboratory/Research Chemicals & Reagents to Irish Public Sector Bodies  

 

To whom it may concern,

 

The EPS hereby publishes the new Chemicals & Reagents Framework Agreement (Ref. LDD001F) RFT plus Appendices on behalf of the Public Sector on eTenders. In addition to the guidelines contained in the RFT plus Appendices, the EPS would like to give the following guidelines to tenderers intending to respond to the upcoming tender competition:

 

In preparing your tender submission(s) for admittance to the Framework, the EPS recommends you include your chemicals, reagents and life sciences products into all relevant lots for that product.

 

In order to maximise exposure of their product range on the framework, tenderers should, within reason, submit their full product listing to ensure maximum product availability from the framework. In the instance where a product may be deemed suitable for more than one lot, i.e. 2, 3 or more lots, the EPS recommends that the supplier’s product(s) should be included in each relevant lot, as deemed appropriate by the tenderer.

 

Where tenderers have several sizes of one core/sample list product available (See Appendix 2A & Appendix 2B for details of core/sample product list), we advise that tenderers submit the smallest pack size available in the core/sample list and populate the other sizes of the same product in the non-core list further down that worksheet.
