COPE Foundation, (the Contracting Authority), intends to establish and operate a multi supplier Framework for Works contractors for small-minor construction projects in the Cork City and County Areas, using the Open Procedure. The duration of the Framework Agreement is for a period of two (2) years. Cope Foundation reserves the right to extend the term for two further periods of up to 12 months each.
