A Pricing Schedule to be returned in hard and electronic copy

EXCEL spreadsheet

This tenderer must fill out this spread‑sheet with an entry for each site. Entries should be in Euro (€) and should be per site per month, exclusive of V.A.T or other taxes for each of the 36 months of the contract period. Computer generated areas for the GIS (Geographic Information System) polygons for each site are provided to allow the tenderer to allocate costs proportionately.
However these areas are not to be used as definite measures.
Where ambiguity arises the tender is advised to visit a site.

The completed spread‑sheet is to be returned in both electronic form and as a hard copy with the tender documents.

As well as completed the tender to allow for grass cutting every 10 (ten) working days (two weeks) during the growing season,  the tender is asked to provide a proportionate adjustment to the tender price(s) if the minimum frequency of site visits in increased to 8 (eight) working days. This proportionate adjustment should be entered as a percentage (%) increase in the overall cost of the tender at the bottom of the completed spread‑sheet.
