The development will consist of the construction of a new circa 6220 sqm two and three storey Primary Care Centre on an existing live healthcare campus with external works and surface carpark . The method of procurement is a Restricted Procedure with the first stage including the submissions and assessment of the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire and associated appendices attached to this notice. 2 hard copies and 1 electronic copy of the completed questionnaire should be returned to the address noted in the questionnaire
