Galway County Council - Architects Framework - Housing Strategy 2020

Dear Architect,

                    As a note to the description to these works please note that the Services are split into two (2) Lots :

Lot 1 = Services Less than €1 Million and

Lot 2 = Services Greater than €1,000,001

You are asked to select either of the above Lots or you can select both of the Lots to be considered for inclusion on to the Framework

The initial Stage will invlove a Pass /  Fail on the selected SAQ and Galway County Councils Health and Safery Questionaire. The sucessful Applicants will then progress on to the Second Stage to prepare conceptual designs for Actual schemes and the sucessful Applicant(s) will then be asked to progress these designs to completion for Part 8 Planning.
