RPA7345 - Facilities Services
The Client has a requirement for Facilities Services to provide a range of services over the period of the contract. The range of services includes but is not limited to the following: • Cleaning Services Block C – Parkgate Street, Dublin 8 (1,724 sq m) • Cleaning Services Block A & B – Parkgate St, Dublin 8 (4,626 sq m) • Cleaning Services – System Test Room at Red Cow – Dub 22 (circa 90 sqm) The following is a list of optional services that may be required and should be priced in the tender submission: • Reception Services • Catering Support Services • Other Services
