The Department invites expressions of interest from companies interested in tendering for the provision of Application Development & Support services to maintain the NVDF’s current Openroad, web services and online applications (the “Services”).
It is proposed to create a single provider framework agreement to cover these and related services (the “Framework Agreement”).
The Department requires the provision of application development and support services, including, where necessary, remediation of software defects, in respect of the NVDF application software, scripts, and reports which are primarily based on OpenRoad 4GL and OpenIngres RDBMS. This also includes the analysis, design, development and delivery of OpenRoad based application software releases required periodically as call-off contracts over the lifetime of the Framework Agreement.
