MH DocStorage - Document Storage, Retrieval and Destruction Services
This public procurement competition relates to Meath County Council (MCC) is seeking tenders from experienced operators for the provision of Document Storage, Retrieval and Destruction Services. The service will include the following: - Provision of a secure and safe storage facility for archived files, documents and media. - Data entry services and box cataloguing services. - Collection/ Delivery Service (Monday-Friday). - Express delivery service upon request. - Scan on Demand facility. - Access to the Service Providers File Management Software Solution , functionality to include online administration for data entry, storage/ retrieval requests, search and reporting functionality. - Training to MCC staff in relation to File Management Software Solution. - Confidential file/document destruction service.
