IHW011C - Request for Tenders for the Provision of a new Single Financial Management Solution for the Irish Civil Service Financial Management Shared Service Centre
The Office of Government Procurement acting through The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform invites responses from economic operators for the provision of a new single Financial Management Solution for the Irish Civil Service Financial Management Shared Service Centre. The RFT documentation is available for download on www.etenders.gov.ie.
Tenderers are required to sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) provided on eTenders, and scan and return a copy of this signed NDA by email to FMSProcurement@per.gov.ie before Annex 2 can be released to the Tenderer. Following receipt of a signed NDA, the Tenderer will be sent a copy of the documents in Annex 2 (the Data Room) on CD.
Tenders will be accepted in hard copy only and must be delivered to the postal address below. Tenders must be received not later than 3.00 PM on 8th June 2015. Tenders submitted by fax or email will NOT be accepted. The nominated address is:
