CCCFWR1 - Cork County Council 2015 - 2019 Housing Framework Agreement. Stage 1 pre-qualification to include pass/fail & qualitative assessment leading to a short list for stage 2 (see attached documents)

Cork County Council intends to establish a Consultancy Framework comprising of Architect Lead, Single Service Provider, Design Teams with Specialists Skills for construction related technical services comprising the following disciplines; (i) Project Management/Employers Representative Services. (ii)Architectural Services including Archaeological, Conservational, Landscape, Fire Consultancy, Disability Access & Ber Assessment Services. (iii) Civil & Structural Engineering Services including Environmental Engineering Services. (iv) Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services including Sustainable Engineering Services. (v) Quantity Surveying Services. (vi) Project Supervisor Design Process Services. (vii) Design Certifier Services. (viii) Assigned Certifier Services. (ix) Ancillary Certifier Services. The proposed Framework, once established, will consist of 8no pre-qualified Design Teams, who will tender for Proposed Housing Developments. The duration of the Framework will be 4 years. It is intended that the framework will be used to procure housing projects with support buildings including creches, community centres and offices with construction values exceeding €5m (excl' vat) for each individual project. The potential total construction value of the works for the proposed duration of the framework (4 years) is estimated at €75m (excl' vat). To apply for inclusion on stage 1, Applicants should complete the relevant service QC1 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), sign and date the Declaration at Section 4 and return the SAQ together with all necessary Appendices (A/A1/B1/B3), supporting documentation and evidence as requested in the SAQ - 3no. hard bound copies required.
