DCU 15121-W - IDT DCU Capital Building Programme Phase 1- HUB and STOKES 1.0

The purpose of this particular competition is the establishment of a single-party agreement for integrated design team services for Phase 1 of the DCU Capital Building Works Programme 2015-2021 consisting of the planned redevelopment of the Stokes Building and Student Hub Building at DCU. The agreement will be established with a single economic operator comprising, at a minimum the following disciplines: (a) Architectural Services; (b) Civil & Structural Engineering Services; (c) Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services; (d) Fire Safety and Disability Access Consultancy Services; and (e) Project Supervisor for the Design Process Services.
