Multi-Party Framework Agreement for External Loan Assessors

The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a multi-party framework agreement for External Loan Assessors. The successful framework members will be required to; - Establish demonstrable repayment capacity to service the loan (evidence based). - Determine Promoter knowledge in terms of skills/training on the sector being targeted (evidence based). - Ascertain applicant credit history – demonstrated honourable credit history and evidence of arrangements with other Credit Institutions. - Seek additional information from applicant either by way of email/telephone/letter. - Schedule interview to establish: • Viability of the business plan • Promoter skills • Business experience • Character and commitment • Motivation and ability to repay and determination to succeed
