14/094 - Provision of Data Centre Hosting Services & Ancillary Services to Ervia
Ervia seeks to engage a single Data Centre Hosting Provider for the delivery of a suite of SLA-governed data hosting services using the ITIL (or an independently validated equivalent) framework and ISO20000 (or equivalent) standard for modern data centre facilities management. For business operational reasons the data centre locations for Ervia for both production sites should be located on the island of Ireland. In particular it will be important to Ervia that its staff working from its offices in Dublin and Cork will be able to physically access the data centres quickly, easily and at short notice if required.

A pre-qualification questionnaire will be issued to all candidates who forward an Expression of interest and send via email for the attention of The Shared Services Procurement Manager to Ann.Fitzgerald@ervia.ie The questionnaire must be completed and returned to the address in I.1. above not later than 17.00hrs Wednesday 15th April 2015. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER ON ETENDERS AS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY DOCUMENTATION.
