Ref: [ME/5366/GM] : Supply of Rolling Stock Brake Pads
To whom it may concern,
Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) invites you to express an interest in participating in a tender process to select an experienced supplier(s) of rolling stock brake pads for use on a mixture of DMU, EMU and Passenger Carriages. This tender process is being conducted utilising the Negotiated Procedure.
This process will be a 2 stage process.
Stage 1: To express your interest in participating in this tender process, you are required to send an email directly to gary.mander@irishrail.ie by the closing date indicated on the eTenders notice. In your e-mail, you are required to provide full contact details of your company as well as a nominated email address for all future communication to go to. Once the closing date has elapsed, all companies who have expressed an interest will receive a copy of a pre-qualification questionnaire.
Stage 2: A shortlist of the most suitable companies will be provided with ITT documentation.
