To whom it may concern,
Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) invites you to express an interest in participating in a tender process to select an experienced traction motor overhaul company to overhaul locomotive and electrical multiple unit traction motors. This tender process is being conducted utilising the Negotiated Procedure.
This process will be a 2 stage process.
Stage 1: To express your interest in participating in this tender process, you are required to send an email directly to gary.mander@irishrail.ie by the closing date indicated on the eTenders notice. In your e-mail, you are required to provide full contact details of your company as well as a nominated email address for all future communication to go to. Once the closing date has elapsed, all companies who have expressed an interest will receive a copy of a pre-qualification questionnaire.
Stage 2: A shortlist of the most suitable companies will be provided with ITT documentation.
