UL0354 - MULTIPLE OPERATOR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR MAIN CONTRACTORS FOR REFURBISHMENT PROGRAMME FOR STUDENT RESIDENCES OF UNIVERSITY OF LIMERICK

Plassey Campus Centre, a University of Limerick Company responsible for the development and management of Campus student accommodation, now wish to proceed with a phased refurbishment programme for their existing Student Residences. Plassey Campus Centre currently operates six (6) Student Villages on the University of Limerick Campus. Refurbishment works are now planned for the Student Residences which comprise a mix of two storey houses and multi- storey apartment blocks in the separate Student Villages. The project comprises the refurbishment and upgrade of Student Residences for the University of Limerick (the “Authority”). The works will be carried out in a number of separate Student Villages, on a phased basis over a four (4) year period. The work to be carried out in each of the Student Villages will vary. An initial indication of the works required in Plassey, Kilmurry, Dromroe and Thomond Student Villages is set down in the Project Information Memorandum. Works in other Student Villages carried out as part of the Refurbishment Programme will be detailed in the tender documents for these projects.
