15/005 - A Multi supplier Framework for the Provision of Insurance Broking Services for the Placement of an Owner Controlled Insurance Programme and other associated ancillary services for Ervia.

The expected scope of the Framework Agreement includes but is not limited to the placement of an Owner Controlled Insurance Programme (“OCIP”) and/or any other insurance policies / additional ancillary services identified and considered necessary in connection with Ervia (Irish Water/Gas Networks Ireland) construction related projects/contracts. • Placement of an OCIP which is expected to be arranged on a declaration basis whereby Ervia can include construction projects/contracts within predetermined parameters at pre agreed rates. • Provision of the above services to enhance Ervia’s understanding of insurances applicable to its construction related projects/contracts. • Assist Ervia in drafting relevant insurance/indemnity sections of contracts and/or other agreements in order to reflect the insurances applicable and the obligations of each party to contract. • Draft/prepare Contractors insurance handbooks. • Advise in respect of any other insurances that may be considered necessary on a contract by contract basis. • Provide day to day service to Ervia in respect of the servicing of this account. • Manage all claims under the OCIP and/or other insurance policies arranged in connection with Ervia construction projects/contracts from initial incident notification through to successful settlement. • Attend regular review meetings with Ervia to continuously review policy coverage, placement strategy, claims performance and other improvement opportunities The central locations for operations are Cork and Dublin (mainly Dublin).
