UCDOPP614 - Enabling works for UCD Confucius Institute for Ireland

The works comprise of Hoarding , the relocation /diversion of the existing services,Foul,Storm,Power, Data, Earthworks and Reinstatement works to facilitate the construction of a New 3 Storey building within a fully operational University campus /Live environment which allows open access to students,staff and the general public. Works may include an element of contractor design in accordance with the above.
