INVITATION TO TENDER - Exhibition Stand Design, Build, Storage & Support Services in the US Market [Including IMEX America 2016]

The New York office of Tourism Ireland wishes to enter into a contract with a Supplier for Exhibition Stand Design, Build and Support Services for the US Market, including IMEX AMERICA 2016.
Any non-US based Tenderers should note that they will bear the costs associated with the transportation of the stand to and within the US.
Please note that the deadline for receipt of completed Tenders is 14:30 hours [Eastern Standard Time] on Tuesday 28th April 2015.
As detailed in the Invitation to Tender Document, the deadline for receipt of queries in relation to this tender process is 11:00 hours [EST] on Thursday 26th March 2015.
Tenders must be submitted in hard copy x 4 plus 1 soft copy on CD/USB memory stick by the stated deadline to the return address stated in the documentation.
Late submissions or submissions by fax or email will not be accepted.
