HIQACS0115 - The provision of Human Resources and Payroll Managed Services

The Authority is seeking the provision of a hosted HR system and a fully managed payroll service to produce monthly payroll for up to 300 employees. The Authority currently has 210 employees and pensioners, with an expectation that this number may increase up to 250 by end 2015. All staff are paid on a monthly payroll with no variable pay – other than unpaid leave such as long term illness, unpaid maternity, parental leave etc. The payroll service needs to be timely and accurate and in accordance with all current and future Revenue and Public Sector Pay regulations. The hosted HR system is required to be configured to reflect the Authority’s relevant policies and working hours.
