Dear Supplier,
The contracting authority invites tenders for the supply of sports apparel for 650 (approx) year two students.
For year one, it is vital that all items to be deliverddy by the 15th August 2015.

Please note the contractiong authority is awarding a contract for 5 years in total on the basis of 3 years with the option to extend for 2 additional periods of 12 months.
