PP/113 - PROVISION OF A CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & ASSOCIATED SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AND A GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM

The Plean-IT project seeks to deliver an integrated end to end planning solution and incorporates:- The redesign of processes and ways of working across the appeals/ planning applications system; The implementation of a new Case Management System (CMS), The implementation of a new corporate website which will be integrated with above systems and will contain an online portal for receipt of electronic submissions and payments; and, The implementation of a Geographic Information System (GIS).
