Provision of consultancy services to review regulation of airport charges in Ireland

The Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport in Ireland invites proposals from economic operators for the provision of consultancy services to review regulation of airport charges in Ireland.

The successful tenderer will advise the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport on the future system for regulation of airport charges in Ireland, taking account of the operation of the current system, development in the global aviation industry, developments in the Irish aviation sector, EU aviation policy and regulation, and international practice in the field of airport charges regulation.

Any contract that may result from this public procurement competition will be issued for a term of 10 months. 

Tenders must be received not later than 17:00 hours on the 23 February 2015.
