The Health Service Executive (HSE) wishes to procure and establish a multi- vendor Framework Agreement appointing qualified and competent economic providers to meet the HSE requirements for Infusion Devices, complete with all associated Accessories and Consumables. This Framework is designed to support both the interim and longer term requirements of the HSE. There are Six Lots to this Natonal Framework Agreement. The National Framework Agreement will service both HSE & HSE funded locations . An Economic Provider may be appointed to more than one, or all Lots, under this Framework. Economic Providers will be appointed to the framework, on a Lot by Lot basis, in accordance with their ranking against the Award Criteria set out in the Invitation to Tender document. Appointees will then be invited to tender -by means of Mini Competition- and will be requested to meet service needs throughout the lifetime of the Framework Agreement. It is envisaged that a very substantial amount of the HSE’s requirements over the life time of the Framework Agreement will be procured through this Framework Agreement.
