The Establishment of a Single-Party Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of New Starting Stalls
To whom it may concern,
Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) wishes to engage in a competitive process to establish a single party framework agreement of 4 years’ duration for the supply of new Starting Stalls from suitably qualified suppliers for use at numerous racecourses over the Flat Racing Calendar. This framework will be used for the supply of new starting stalls to 20 racecourses in the Republic of Ireland.
Over the lifetime of the framework HRI may have the requirement for the following size staring stalls:
Ø 5 bay starting stall
Ø 6 bay starting stall
Ø 7 bay starting stall
Ø 9 bay starting stall
Ø 10 bay starting stall
Ø 12 bay starting stall
Ø 14 bay starting stall
Ø 16 bay starting stall
Please note; it is emphasised that a framework agreement constitutes no guarantee to purchase a specific quantity of supplies from a particular economic operator.
