Establishment of a Multi-Operator Framework Agreement for: Lot 1 - Site Preparation Design and Advisory Teams and Lot 2 - Client Teams
The Contracting Authority (acting as agent for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine in relation to the remediation of Haulbowline Island) has now appointed RPS Group Limited for the provision of various multi- disciplinary consulting engineering and design teams pertaining to the remediation and development of Haulbowline Island, Cork Harbour, Ireland. The requirements are divided into 2 no. lots: • Lot 1: multi-operator framework agreement for Site Preparation Design & Advisory Teams; and • Lot 2: multi-operator framework agreement for Client Teams for the main remediation and development works. RPS Group Limited have been appointed to provide the required services under both Lot 1 and Lot 2.

The framework agreement will be established with three (3) operators, subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of valid tenders. Each of the operators will include all of the following disciplines: • Project Management Services • Civil Engineering (and associated specialist skills) • Environmental Engineering Services (and associated specialist skills) • Ecology • Project Supervisor for the Design Process
The framework agreement will be established with three (3) operators, subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of valid tenders.
