As the services covered by this call for competition fall under the category of Annex IIB services and therefore the Directive applies only in part to these services and it is not to be implied that the full terms of the Directive will otherwise be applied. This notice is therefore being published in the OJEU on a voluntary basis in accordance with Article 37 of the Directive.
