Contract for Banking Services for the Office of the Revenue Commissioners

The Office of the Revenue Commissioners, the contracting authority, intends to award a contract for the provision of certain banking services to support the delivery of its activities. Given that the services comprise a financial service (Category 6) as defined in Directive 2004/18/EC, the contracting authority has opted to employ the accelerated negotiated procedure.

Expressions of interest are invited for the award of contracts for the provision of certain banking services in 2 lots as follows: 

  • Lot 1 – Electronic Payment Accounts
  • Lot 2 -  Cheque Drawing Accounts

 
For security of supply purposes, Revenue reserves the right to award any lot to one or more candidates. 

Interested parties are invited to complete the Qualification Questionnaire and to submit their responses no later than the Closing Date for Completed Questionnaires stated on page one of the Questionnaire, together with any required documents

 
It is anticipated that the top five highest scoring candidates (subject to the quality and number of applications received) who meet the minimum criteria and rules for selection will be issued with full invitation to tender documents which will contain a detailed specification of requirements and further instructions regarding the competition
