The Frontline and On-Board security contractor will interface with Irish Rail passengers and members of the public. This security presence is part of Irish Rail's customer offering to ensure that the passenger's experience when using Irish Rail's services is safe and secure.
The Static security contractor will take on the security function at Irish Rail's stations, buildings, depots and other locations as required. Specific locations will have a permanent or semi-permanent presence, in the form entry and exit to and from premises, and key-holding where an operative will be required to open and lock up unmanned stations around the rail network and also to secure Irish Rail's assets such as passenger lifts and ticket vending machines.
Lot 3 is a combination of Lots 1 and 2
